After a long first trimester, full of brainstorming and fundraising, the team is ready to begin the "Create" phase. From here, in addition to always brainstorming and fundraising, the team is starting to order parts and build the beginnings of the car that will be travelling to Texas in July. The team has taken on many more members to help with this process that will surely take hundreds of hours and a lot of dedicated work. The first step will be to complete an electrical system on a temporary chassis to have a firm understanding of the energy inputs and outputs. Knowing everything there is to know about the power of the car will be crucial to building mechanical parts and a chassis that allows for the best performance combination possible.
